Shipping Destination

Currently, we offer shipping to the United States. As we grow, we are working on expanding our services to include international shipping.

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing may impact actual delivery times. ALOMAA is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number on the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours of receiving your order confirmation, please contact us for assistance.

Failed Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages

If your package cannot be delivered, the carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package. If a package is returned to ALOMAA due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, contact our client experience team immediately. While we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, ALOMAA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. For added security, we recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
