Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please review this carefully and contact our client experience team if there are any discrepancies. Order confirmations are not acceptance of your order; ALOMAA reserves the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note, this processing time is separate from shipping time, which will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
You can request to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once your order is in progress.
Please ensure that your billing details are accurate and match those associated with your payment method. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellations, and ALOMAA is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate billing information provided by the customer.
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and applicable state laws. The total tax amount will be shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
