Return/ Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in unused, sellable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items.
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description.

Return/Exchange Process

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect items, ALOMAA will cover the return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, we offer free return shipping.

Processing Time

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Purchases made with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as store credit.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate the replacement item you’d like. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
