Return/Exchange policy

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, in sellable condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

Please note that returns or exchanges initiated after 14 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Return/Exchange Process

Refund Method

For purchases made with a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued as store credit
